You can make the request and get your bus ticket refunded on your personal account on the website. To do this, select the needed order in
“My Account” section and press the "Cancel" button.
Please note:The total price to be refunded is determined by the carrier, according to the internal rules.
Refund terms – 5-10 days, regardless of the payment method. The customer will get a refund for their order via the same method, which was used for payment.
For a voluntary voucher/e-ticket refund through
“My Account”, the customer is additionally charged a service fee equal to 5% of the amount refundable.
